Ways to Submit a Ticket
Option 1: Use the Ticket Form
Visit support.wuxiaworld.com/support/tickets/new
Select a Ticket Type that best matches your issue.
Choose the appropriate Sub-type, if available.
Fill in the subject and a detailed description of your issue.
Upload any relevant screenshots or files (optional).
Submit the form.
You do not need to sign up to submit a ticket. However, if you want to view or manage your submitted tickets, you’ll need to activate your Freshdesk account (see below).
Option 2: Send an Email
You can also send an email directly to support@wuxiaworld.freshdesk.com
This will automatically create a ticket for you.

Viewing and Managing Your Tickets
You can submit a ticket without logging in, but to view your ticket history, you must activate your Freshdesk account via the email used when submitting your ticket.
Editing Your Profile in Freshdesk
To customize your Freshdesk profile:
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select My Profile > Edit Profile.
From here, you can:
Add or update your profile picture
Set a username
Add a mobile phone number or address
To change your password, go to the Change Password tab.
