Wuxiaworld offers a unique paragraph commenting feature that lets readers engage with specific moments in a chapter by commenting directly on individual paragraphs. It’s a fun way to highlight your favorite lines, react to intense scenes, or start meaningful discussions with other fans—right where the action happens.

What Are Paragraph Comments?

Paragraph comments allow users to:

• React to specific lines or moments within a chapter

• Share thoughts without scrolling to the bottom

• Join micro-discussions tied to exact parts of the text

These comments appear in-line next to the paragraph you comment on and are visible to all readers.

How to Leave a Paragraph Comment

1. While reading a chapter, go to the end of a paragraph.

2. Click or tap the bubble number icon that appears to the right.

3. Type your comment and hit Post.

That’s it! Your comment will appear alongside the paragraph and be visible to others who goes to that paragraph comment section.

Viewing and Interacting with Comments

• Paragraphs with existing comments will display a comment count badge.

• Click the badge to view all comments on that paragraph.

• You can reply, upvote, or report paragraph comments just like regular comments.

Paragraph Comment Settings: What You Can Control

You can choose whether paragraph comments are shown as part of the general comment section at the bottom of chapters, or kept separate.

Setting 1: Show Paragraph Comments in General Comment Section

• Website:

  • Go to Account Settings > Paragraph Comments

  • Toggle ON: “Show Paragraph Comments in the comment section”

• App:

  • Profile > Additional Settings > Chapters > Paragraph Comments (Toggle ON)

This will include all paragraph comments beneath the chapter along with regular comments.

Setting 2: Hide Paragraph Comments from General Comment Section

• Follow the same path as above, but Toggle OFF the setting.

This keeps paragraph comments visible only inline next to paragraphs and hides them from the bottom comment section.

• You will still receive notifications for replies.

• You can click the notification and be taken directly to the comment’s location.

• This works whether or not the setting is enabled.

For Older Chapters

Paragraph comments may not appear on chapters published before the feature was introduced. If a chapter is republished, paragraph comments will function normally.

• Changes not syncing?
  Try refreshing the page or restarting the app.

• Can’t reply via notifications?
