Changing Your Email Address

To update your account email:

1. Contact Wuxiaworld Support with your current account details and the new email address you want to use.

2. A 5-digit code will be sent to your current email for verification.

3. Reply with the code to confirm your request.

4. Support will process the change and notify you once it’s complete.
   
   

Can’t access your old email?
Please verify your identity by providing:

• Full name on your payment method

• Last 4 digits of the card used

• Country and ZIP code

Once verified, support will proceed with updating your email address manually.
